Purpose: To train pitchers to throw when they are tired by keeping their core engaged and working the ball off of their front hip.
How it works: Players begin with legs wide with the bottom half of their body opened up. Next, a coach tosses a ball into their glove which the pitcher then grabs and completes a full arm circle before the coach or another player tosses her another ball. Pitchers will throw balls for 15 seconds then will have a 45-second break. Players should be able to get around 15 pitches out in those 15 seconds.
Requirements: 1 player, 1 coach or 1 tosser, and a bucket of balls
