Premium Subscription Purchases
Minimum Contract Term
Each Art of Coaching Softball subscription purchase requires a term contract commitment for the applicable plan period ("Initial Term"), as specified on the purchase acceptance page ("Join us" page). Unless otherwise provided on the Join Us page and subject to your payment, you will be provided access to the online videos and courses for the full Initial Term, beginning from the Purchase Date on the Join Us page. Your access and use of any online product is subject to the applicable Art of Coaching Softball Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available here: www.theartofcoachingsoftball.com/privacy-policy.
Automatic Renewal
After your Initial Term, your online access subscription will automatically renew for additional periods of the same length, allowing you to conveniently maintain your progress and access. By purchasing today, you authorize Art of Coaching Softball to automatically charge your credit card account upon the expiration of the Initial Term at the prices in effect at the time of renewal (plus applicable taxes), without any additional action by you. You may cancel the automatic renewal feature at any time by contacting Customer Service at support@theartofcoaching.com. Automatic renewals are not eligible for promotions or discounts.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly Premium subscription purchases allow users to access all videos and courses on the website on a month-to-month basis. Certifications are excluded from the Premium memberships and need to be purchased separately. Each "month" term is 30 days from the date of most recent payment. Users can cancel their membership at any time, but if they do not cancel before their membership expires for that month their payment will automatically renew. Refunds may be requested up to 7 days after a charge has been made.
Yearly Subscription
Yearly Premium subscription purchases allow users to access all videos and courses on the website on a yearly basis. Certifications are excluded from the Premium memberships and need to be purchased separately. Users can cancel their membership at any time but if they do not cancel before their membership expires for that year their payment will automatically renew. Refunds may be requested up to 7 days after the charge has been made.
Store Purchases
Return Policy
Online purchases of physical products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within fifteen (15) days of the Purchase Date. The fifteen-day money back guarantee is limited to purchases made on The Art of Coaching Softball website. The return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns with proof of purchase (receipt email, order email, order confirmation page, order details page) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, you can exchange the product for another of the same value. Digital Product Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds and returns are NOT accepted for digital books, online courses, certifications, position training series, virtual clinics, video series and clinic video access.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Once purchased, digital products (including, but not limited to, online courses, certifications, position training series and clinic videos) will be available for viewing immediately after purchase. If you are not redirected to view your purchased product, check your email or account (My Dashboard) for access.
Deliveries of physical products are pending payment completion, product availability and delivery conditions. It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages from the same order. The Art of Coaching Softball website offers FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more within the U.S. Standard carrier rates apply to all other orders. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the package(s). Orders typically take take 3-5 business days to arrive. Currently, orders may take 5-10 business days to arrive due to shipping delays as we’re taking extra precautions in our distribution center.
Video Series Access
If a user purchases a video series from The Art of Coaching Softball website, the user will have lifetime access to the content, including, but not limited to online courses, certifications, position training series and clinic video access, unless otherwise listed. Users that get access to video series via a Premium membership will have access to the video series for the duration of their Premium subscription, unless they have also purchased the video series.
