From youth coaches to national team coaches, you can expect to find training videos from coaches at every level of the game.

What level of coach will benefit from a Premium membership?
Coaches of every experience level and coaching level can greatly benefit from a premium membership. Whether you're a first year coach at a middle school, an experienced coach at a high-level travel team or a college coach looking to take your team to the next level, our wide range of videos and resources can help you feel confident teaching your players everything they need to know to excel.
Where can I see if I’m a premium or free member?
To see what membership level you are, go to your My Account dashboard. There, click on the My Subscription link in the menu on the left to see the details about your current membership.
Are all Premium subscriptions recurring?
If you purchase a Premium membership through the website and pay online by credit card, it will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. If you purchase a Premium membership at a clinic or event, your membership is a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew.
Can I test out a Premium membership before I buy?
Absolutely! You can test out a Premium membership and all of the features that go with it by starting a free two week Premium trial here.
When trying to purchase Premium, I'm getting an error message that says my email address is already in use.
If you're seeing this error, it means you already have an account using this email address. Make sure to log in to your existing account before attempting to purchase AOC Premium. If you cannot remember your username or password, go to the lost password page for assistance.
Can I gift a Premium membership?
At this time, it is not possible to send someone a Premium membership as a gift, unless you purchase a group Premium subscription and invite them to join the group.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
To cancel your Premium subscription, simply fill out the cancellation form, and your AOC Premium access will expire at the end of your current payment period (depending on whether you pay monthly or annually).
For example: If you purchased a 1-year Premium Membership on January 1, 2019 and fill out the cancellation form on October 30, 2019, your AOC Premium will not expire until December 31, 2019.
What are the benefits of a group Premium membership?
Besides giving you a discounted price per coach, a group Premium membership is a great way to get your entire staff on the same page. Examples: Share drills you want to run in practice this week so that all coaches know how to run them, or send your assistant coach a pitching technique video that they can use when working with your pitchers at tonight's practice.
Each group member gains all of the benefits of a Premium membership with added group functionality for the group leader. Group leaders can see usage stats for all of their coaches (like number of logins and last login date) and can add and remove members any time they want. All group members can also easily share content with their group with one click by using the "Send to Group" button below any video!
How do I add coaches to my Premium group?
The details for your group can be found on your My Account page. Once there, you will see a link called "My Groups."
On the My Groups page, you will see a list of your groups, and on the far right of these groups is an "invite" link. Click on the link; this will generate a field where you can enter email addresses you'd like to send invitations to as well as a link you can copy and share manually (by email, text, etc.).
How can I see what coaches in my group are actually using the website?
If you are the group leader, you do have the ability to see the activity of the coaches in your group. The details for your group can be found on your My Account page. Once there, you will see an icon titled "My Groups." Click on the name of your group, and you will be able to see all of the details about when coaches have last logged in and their number of logins.
