Use this simple short hops drill from Taylor Van Zee that requires little equipment and is easily adjusted to the playing level of your team.
How it works:
One at a time, infielders perform short hops towards a tossed front ball. Once they make their short hop and field the ball, toss the ball back to the coach or tosser. Have the infielders perform backhands and forehands. Perform 10 repetitions of each field.
