Coach Carol Hutchins shares a video that Michigan softball watches every year on their first day back. It's a video of Bo Schembechler, Michigan football coach from 1969-1989. In the video he stresses the importance of the TEAM. He mentioned one very important thing:
After high school/college, you can go pro or be done playing. After that, you'll never be part of a team again. It's not something to take for granted, because that opportunity won't always be there.
