Proper tee setup is the key to executing drills and skills properly. Stand about 2 to 3 feet behind and to the side of the tee. Then, perform your hitting footwork. Once your footwork is complete, the tee should be centered at the midline of your body. Watch the video to learn how to best set up with the tee for optimal reps and drill performance!
