Clinician: Jessica Pistole, Head Coach for San Diego Softball
Purpose: To keep the pitcher’s movement propelling forward rather than laterally.
How it Works: Attach a bungee from the glove to the ankle. The bungee works to keep the pitcher’s body performing in its proper planes (forward and in line) during the pitch. The pitcher performs 10 repetitions before taking a short break.
Requirements: A bungee, glove and softball.
