Developing a strong team dynamic requires a focus on three key areas: contribution, commitment, and connectedness.
Contribution: Players accept and perform their specific roles so they can contribute to the team’s success in their own way, whether they’re on the field or in the dugout.
Commitment: Players buy in to the team strategies and goals, so everyone moves forward as a cohesive unit.
Connectedness: Players understand that they are representatives of the team, and every action they take connects back to the organization. That’s why it’s important to behave in a way that puts the team in a positive light, be it on the field, in the classroom, in the weight room, or on social media.
