Put the ball in play

Coach Randy Schneider discusses the importance of simply being able to put the ball in play. He highlights some of his experiences where he switched his right-handed batters to lefties to bunt the ball. If you have a fast player who isn't driving the ball right-handed, why not switch them to lefty and let them use their speed to their advantage? Coach Schneider talks about how, at the end of the day, all that matters is putting the ball in play.
