Purpose: To warm up outfielders and infielders
How it works: Have half of your players line up on the foul line with the other half partnered up standing 20 feet away. Partners perform 10 throws each at this distance, then the partner in the field backs up 5 to 10 feet and throws again. Keep backing them up incrementally so they’re throwing longer throws with each set of reps.
Requirements: Two or more players, softballs and a field
